2 - 4 pax: $ 550 total
5 - 6 pax: $ 700 total
7 - 8 pax: $ 850 total
9 - 10 pax: $ 1,000 total
11 - 12 pax: $ 1,150 total
13 - 14 pax: $ 1,300 total
15 - 16 pax: $ 1,450 total
17 - 18 pax: $ 1,600 total

Meet Up Information
Cancellation
Please read carefully. Your downpayment constitutes acknowledgement of our cancellation policy.
All downpayments are strictly not refundable except for Covid / quarantine cases where we can refund you 50% of your payment upon verification. This condition holds even with fluctuations in the Covid policy, given that this is the 'new normal'.
Bookings are transferable, given different situations as below:
a) Inclement weather
- In the event of lightning / rain at the start of the tour, we may postpone it if it does not lessen. Your downpayment is non-refundable but is transferable to a new date. If there is rain mid-way through, we will continue (as long as safe).
b) Minimum pax
- We start all NK tours with a minimum payment for 5 pax or $700 total. If we are unable to get at least 5 pax / $700, we may postpone the tour to another mutually-agreed date. Your downpayment will be transferable to your new booking. If you cannot / choose not to make it on a later date, your downpayment is not refundable.
c) Sickness or other reasons
- If you pull out of Group Tours more than 3 days (72 hours) before, your downpayment will be fully transferable to a new booking date, at no extra cost. However if you cannot / choose not to make a new booking, it will not be refundable .
- If you pull out of Group Tours less than 3 days (72 hours) before, and it had already reached the cap of 16 pax, your downpayment will not be refundable nor transferable to a new booking. This is because your reserved slot/s had prevented others from signing up. You may book a new tour with us, with a 10% discount for repeat customers. If it had not yet reached the 16 pax cap, your booking is transferable to a new date.
- For Private Tours, pricing per person is based on numbers kayaking. The final charge will be readjusted based on the numbers present that day.
By Joining this trip, you:

- This activity is not allowed for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
- This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
- You consent to your photos being used for promotional purposes, unless you tell us not to
- Kayakers must be aged 3+. Foiling participants must be aged 13+.
- Ability to swim is not necessary

- We do not take soft reservations
- Slots will be confirmed only upon 100% payment

- Acknowledge that you have read and agreed to INDEMNITY FORM of Ninja
- You have read all the above paragraphs and understand and appreciate these and other risks that are inherent in kayaking / efoiling. You hereby assert that your participation is voluntary and that you knowingly assume all such risks.
